Fargo to Chisinau, Moldova (where?) for $700 roundtrip after tax

This is a bit of an unusual one. I consider my geography to be pretty decent, and even I had to pull out the globe to figure out where Moldova is. Turns out it's sandwiched between the Ukraine and Romania.
From Winnipeg, the cheapest flights are around $1400 roundtrip after tax. But a few flights from Fargo, North Dakota have dropped to $700 roundtrip after tax.
Try January 27 to February 3rd for example, on Airfare.com
I'm sure only the most adventurous of souls can use this one, but I just had to share it.
