1. Go to Priceline
2. Search for a flight from Winnipeg (YWG) to Las Vegas (LAS)
Try one of the following date combinations:
Nov 21 to Nov 29
Nov 28, 29 to Dec 5, 6, 13
Dec 5, 6 to Dec 13
On Priceline, the price will show up as $216 USD roundtrip including taxes. Priceline is *always* in $USD.
This will work out to $279 CAD roundtrip when booked using a Canadian credit card, and including the typical credit card foreign exchange fee.

Update 12/22 - January, February, March, and April 2018 flights from Winnipeg to Las Vegas are now available for $274 CAD roundtrip including taxes
1. Try this Google Flights search...
Google Flights: Winnipeg to Las Vegas
Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for cheap date combinations.
Look for the dates that are $279 roundtrip.
You'll notice that if you try selecting the flights on Google Flights the price jumps up to $433 roundtrip.
So do this instead...
2. Go to Priceline
Search for a flight from Winnipeg (YWG) to Las Vegas (LAS)
Use the same dates you found on Google Flights.
