Looks like Iceland Express has another one of those really cheap flights to Iceland near the end of July.
You might remember that they offered a whole bunch of cheap summer flights (to Iceland, London, and Denmark) back in May, and then the prices went back up. Looks like they're trying to fill a few more seats on select flights.
Try searching from Winnipeg to Reykajavik from July 28 to August 4th on their site...
