Keep up the pressure, Chris. Sometimes these companies think that they can just make up the rules as they go, without realising that they're "playing" with the lives and plans of real live people. I've deleted my internet bookmark with Air Canada since I've realised that they've just another of those companies who don't really care about the customer.
