Delta and LATAM have dropped the price of their flights from Winnipeg to Quito, Ecuador down to $589 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights have 2 stops each way in Minneapolis and Miami, but are actually about as fast as Winnipeg - Ecuador can be flown.
