Delta has some unusually cheap fares from Winnipeg to Puerto Rico in their system at the moment. They're over 60% cheaper than usual.
They look to be available mostly on dates between September and the end of October.
Here's how to find them...
1. Try a one week search on Google Flights...
http://www.google.com/flights/#search;f=YWG;t=SJU;d=2012-09-05;r=2012-09-12
2. Click on the calendar icon to see what the prices are for one week flights throughout the year.
3. Scroll down to December. We can see that October 31 to November 7 is really cheap for example...
4. Now go to http://www.delta.com/ and search for a flight from Winnipeg to San Juan (SJU), departing October 31 and returning November 7.
And we can see the price verifies...
