The flights are nonstop both ways.
$216 roundtrip is the base price, and includes *only* a personal item.
$316 roundtrip is the more realistic price with a carry-on or checked bag included.

I'm looking at Swoop's website and the prices are more than double of what the screen shot shows. . I guess they raised the prices back up.
Yes, once a deal is exposed, the demand often leads to the price going back up. This deal was sent out back in January.
